Conditions for purchase at mResell webshop
Here you can read all of the conditions and rules in regards to purchasing from mResell
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. In the case of possible price misprinting we reserve the right to decline to sell a product at the displayed price.
Changes in price and stock
We reserve the right to change prices and stock.
We aim to dispatch all orders made within 48 hours.
In the case of an ‘on order’ product the delivery time will be longer. Please see the details of each article for estimated delivery time. Delivery times are set for business days only. There are no deliveries made on weekends and holidays.
Deliveries are made by Courier and carry a shipment number that makes it possible to trace each package. Packages are turned over to the customer after proof of identification is shown.
Fourteen days right of return
We offer a two weeks open purchase, meaning that for two weeks from the point of purchase you as the customer have the right to return the product and get a full refund. At the time of return the product and its packaging should be in its original state.
The refund will be paid out within three working days after we have received the product.
If you wish to return a product please mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a return number that you can attach to your shipment. Without this number it will take longer to process the return payment.
mResell never sells any products to minors. You need to be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
All new machine products from Apple come with a 1 year warranty on faulty workmanship or materials. These warranties are enclosed in the original package with the Apple product. For more information in regard to this warranty please visit the Apple homepage.
On top of the possibly still valid warranty from Apple you always get a minimum 1 month warranty from mResell whenever you purchase a product from us (unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase). This warranty works just like the warranty from Apple. It covers any faulty workmanship or materials that have not been stated at the point of purchase. In the case of a warranty claim we will replace the product with an equal product.
The warranty does not cover things like water damage or dropping damage. The warranty also does not cover software problems.
With the purchase of a brand new product Apple also provides a three year reclaim policy.
In the case of damaged or missing products at the time of delivery there MUST be a claim made directly to the driver/pick up point at this time. If the damage is not visible until the product is unpacked there must be a claim made to mResell within five days of the delivery date.
Payment terms for businesses
If you are a business you can choose to pay via Paypal, credit card or by invoice. In the case of choosing to receive an invoice a standard credit check is made.
Payment terms for individuals
Individuals can pay via Paypal or credit card.
